Age restrictions
We cannot rent to individuals under the age of 25
who will not be accompanied by an adult parent or guardian.

However, we welcome and encourage rentals by families with children of all ages.



Maximum Occupancy
Our home accommodates a maximum of ten guests in total,
with a maximum of six of those guests being adults. 

These limits are in place because the sleeping accommodations
for four guests are bunk beds, which are not intended for use by adults. 

If more than six adults are found to occupy the unit,
additional charges will be deducted from the Security Deposit.

We are not liable for injuries resulting from adults attempting to occupy bunk beds.
